Ordering and Shipping
In order to guarantee you the best quality of the products we have selected for you, we collect orders until the 25th of each month. The boxes are then assembled, quality checked and shipped by us so that you receive them between the 1st and 5th of the following month.
Here is an example with Yamanashi Box (marketed from April 25 to June 25, 2021) ordered on June 7th.
1 – First you receive an automatic confirmation email confirming your order and specifying the estimated delivery date.
2 – We will contact you around the 26th of June to inform you that we are processing the creation of your Box.
3 – We inform you of the expedition of your Box between the 26th and the 31st.
4 – You will receive your Box within 3 to 5 working days between July 1st-5th.
We can put a special note in the box upon your request. The box itself is not customizable at the moment, but we are preparing to provide this service in the near future. Please contact us for more details: [email protected]
We accept orders by phone. The possible method of payment will be daibiki or bank transfer. For card or PayPal, please order exclusively from the “La Box” or “La French Touch” website. Nevertheless, we will be happy to inform you by phone if you wish.
Except in special cases, deliveries are scheduled between the 1st and 5th of each month depending on the geographic area. If you have a particular request please indicate it when ordering.
“The Box” is normally sent and delivered by Yamato Transport. If you wish to be delivered by a particular carrier please specify it on the order form. A special tariff may be applied in this situation.
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express as well as by PayPal. “Daibiki” is also available.

Yes. A receipt or invoice may be edited after you have completed your order.

Yes, no problem. From the moment you are already a customer you can buy our “Eco box”. We will send you a recyclable version of the Box in which you will find all the items as well as the book. Please contact us at [email protected] to order it.
Please take detailed pictures and email us immediately at [email protected]. A new box will be automatically returned to you.

Any order can be cancelled and refunded at no cost before the 25th of the month regarding the box closing date. After this date, the order is no longer refundable.
Example: If you want to order the box for the month for October (shipped between 28 and 1 October to be received at the beginning of the month by customers): The box is on sale from July 25 to September 25. During this period, you are free to change or cancel your order free of charge upon request to [email protected]. Please indicate your order number, name, and shipping address.
Yes, we take a priority in data protection. Your personal and banking data will be secure. Our website is protected by the SSL protocol in force for the protection of pin card code. The pin will be coded and sent safely at all times. You can check this and make sure that a small green padlock appears at the top left of your browser when paying. We also guarantee your information will not be shared. In addition, you will not be automatically registered on a monthly mailing list unless explicitly requested.
No. We guarantee that your personal details will not be shared and will not be automatically registered on a monthly newsletter unless explicitly requested. You will only receive emails about your order.
Directly from our home page, by creating a free account, you can check the box “receive newsletter” (not automatic) or by clicking here. You will receive the newsletter around the 15th of each month.

The “Eco Box” is the eco-responsible version of “La Box”. La French Touch is already committed to an ecological approach in its daily action by promoting the consumption of local resources, engaging in the search for sustainable solutions. We send you the contents of the box every month, including the book, but without its clothes of lights. The luxury case is replaced here by an exclusive recycled box. This Box, also cheaper, is exclusively reserved for customers who have already purchased a Box and who are members of our company.(Available from September 2021.)
